ur VIP Tours are per person $45 per hour for any time that a Private Guide is with your family. Because this is a personal service, we add a standard 20% gratuity for your Private Guide and it is an important portion of their income. (This is for your billing convenience. If you desire, you are welcome to personally tip your Private Guide an additional amount for outstanding service.)

We request that your Private Guide be used a minimum of four consecutive hours per day. An exception is made if your family utilizes our recommended split-day itinerary and if he is joining you for the second half. (The total VIP Tour hours for this recommended daily plan is usually 6-8 hours.)

Your Private Guide will be taking great care of everyone in your party all day. We trust that you will be a 'good host' to them in return. He should be included with your dining plans when with you. They will have more energy and last longer. :)

The fees for the transportation, entrance fees, parking etc. are excluded and variable depending on the service and mode of travel that we reserve for you. We do not add any additional fee(s) to what we are quoted. Your bill settlement will be between you and the Guide and they accept all of the normal means of payment.

If your Private Guide drives a rented vehicle for your party, you are expected to pay the rental fee and any operational costs associated with it (i.e. fuel, tolls).

Payment

We accept money order only. Reservations require a deposit equal to the first three hours of service. Deposit is NON-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the event. Half payment is required two weeks before event and the final amount should be paid on the last day or evening with your Private Guide. We will then mail you the receipt if this arrangement is more convenient for you.
